Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove connector X8 from the PCB
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance between each of the wires
as listed in the table below:
Are the resistances measured as expected?
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between each of the pins 5, 6, 7 and 8 to earth.
Expect a resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
Measure the resistance between each of the wires
as listed in the table below:

Are the resistances measured as expected?
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between each of the pins 5, 6, 7 and 8 to earth.
Expect a resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
