Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Appliance drained and discharged

Observation:

Inspect the bypass assembly and its housing for any damage, restrictions and blockages.
Also check the integral bypass is free to open with some light spring pressure.
Is the bypass clear and free to open with light pressure?
