Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect both of the grey leads from the Flue Overheat stat

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the terminals of the Flue overheat stat.
Expected resistance closed circuit.
