Measurement:
Test 1: Measure the AC voltage between pin 1 on connector X7 and the incoming earth.
Expect mains voltage (which should remain constant approximately 25 seconds after power on)
If no mains voltage is present there is no need to continue to test 2 choose outcome "mains voltage absent on test 1" below.
Test 2: Measure the AC voltage between pin 2 on connector X7 and the incoming earth.
Expect approximately 0v.
