Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

Is there a jumper fitted in JP03 on the pcb?
Note: Jumper JP03 is used to set the maximum temperature for the DHW.
JP03 ON = Maximum temperature for DHW 62ºC
JP03 OFF = Maximum temperature for DHW 55ºC
Note:
In the UK market there should be no jumper present as per the manufacturer.
