Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove wires from terminals 3 and 5 of the integral
timer and make safe
Timer set to OFF position
Remove wires from terminals 3 and 5 of the integral
timer and make safe
Timer set to OFF position

Measurement:
Measure the resistance between terminal 3 and 5.
Expect open circuit.
Is the resistance as expected?
Expect open circuit.
Is the resistance as expected?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
