Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the 6 wire connector from X6 on the PCB
Remove the brown and blue wires from the fan assembly
Remove the 6 wire connector from X6 on the PCB
Remove the brown and blue wires from the fan assembly
Measurement:
Measure the resistance of each of the wires from pins 7 and 8 on the 6 wire connector removed from X6 on the PCB and the corresponding wire to the fan.
Expect continuity / zero resistance on each of the wires.
Also visually inspect the harness to ensure the insulation is in good condition and that there are no shorts.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
