Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Remove the 2 Amp Fuse located on PCB and check the resistance across the fuse.
Replace fuse after test.
