Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove front panel of Electrical Control Box

Measurement:

Measure resistance across White wires of Transformer secondary winding.
Resistance should be in the range 5 -10 ohms.
Note:
The secondary resistance reading assumes a resistance of 3 ohms for the fused test probes.
