Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Gas On; Pilot On
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Rotary Switch in DHW position
DHW Control adjusted to Maximum
Attach a U-gauge to the gas valve outlet pressure test point
Keep Boiler Case Switch depressed
DHW Control adjusted to Maximum
Attach a U-gauge to the gas valve outlet pressure test point
Keep Boiler Case Switch depressed

Measurement:
Allow the burner to operate with a burner gas pressure of approximately 7mb.
Decrease the DHW temperature control setting on the boiler and if required reduce DHW flow rate at tap to assist temperature rise.
Does the burner modulate down as water temperature is satisfied?
Note:
When U-gauge is removed pressure nipple should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
