Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Ensure boiler is cool and NO demands are present
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Tests carried out so far indicate that the interface PCB is faulty. This issue may not affect the operation of the appliance, before replacing the interface PCB there may be other faults present which require further investigation.
If you are sure the interface PCB is the only issue CLICK HERE or proceed below to further investigate.
Reset appliance (rotate selector switch to OFF position for 4 seconds, then rotate back to DHW/CH position).
Turn a hot water tap ON.
Does the boiler respond to a DHW demand?
Choose an option from below;
1. Appliance functions correctly with no other fault present other than interface PCB issue CLICK HERE
2. Appliance appears to have other faults present as well as interface PCB fault. CLICK HERE
(i.e. no fan operation but pump runs or fan runs but boiler does not ignite)
Note: If option 2 is chosen then remember a interface PCB will also be required along with any other parts fitted.
