Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
CH temperature control set to MAX
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Allow the boiler to ignite and run on central heating operation.
Adjust the potentiometer "P2" until the required burner pressure setting
is obtained for the requirements of the CH system (see notes 1 & 2).
Note:
1. The S24/S30 Compact is factory set to give a maximum c/heating
output of 24 KW for S24 Compact and 30KW for S30 Compact.
2. It may take approximately 60 seconds for the burner pressure
to reach maximum.
3. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
Adjust the potentiometer "P2" until the required burner pressure setting
is obtained for the requirements of the CH system (see notes 1 & 2).
