Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Ensure boiler is cool and NO demands are present

Observation:
Reset appliance (press reset button for 2 seconds and release).
Tests carried out so far indicate that the display PCB is faulty causing no display. The display on this appliance is passive and does not affect the operation of the appliance. Before replacing the display PCB there may be other faults present which require further investigation.

Turn a hot water tap ON.
Does the boiler respond to a DHW demand?
Choose an option from below:
1. Appliance responds and functions correctly with no other fault present other than no display CLICK HERE
2. Appliance appears to have other faults present other than no display CLICK HERE
(i.e. no fan operation but pump runs or fan runs but boiler does not ignite)
Note: If option 2 is chosen then remember a display PCB will also be required along with any other parts fitted.
