Set Appliance State:

Attach temperature clamp to flow pipe of the primary heat exchanger
Ensure boiler is cool, a demand for pre-heat (this can be achieved by running a hot water tap with the gas OFF at the boiler until cool)

Observation:
Reset appliance if required (press reset button for 2 seconds and release).
Turn ON a hot water tap, allow the boiler to ignite and establish then turn hot water tap OFF.
With pre-heat switched ON, the boiler should heat the primary heat exchanger to approximately 50 - 70°C then shut down.
