Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measure Mains voltage across left hand connections of Overheat Thermostat (Blue and Brown).
