Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect both electrode leads from the PCB and Spark Electrodes

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of each lead. Expect a short circuit.
Replace both leads after testing.
