Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove connector ST16 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure for resistance across pins 14 and 15 (2x light green wires) at connector ST16.
