DHW OPERATION

Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off

Turn Hot Water Tap On

DHW temperature selector to high setting

Gas On

WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Observation:

Boiler On/Off switch On, reset lockout if necessary.
Allow fan to run and burner to ignite.

With a flow rate at the tap of approximately 12.7 l/min, Is there a temperature rise of 40°C, and is operation satisfactory?

Note:
1. This test is with the DHW selector in its high position, if stops have been changed on the selector and it is at maximum then temperature may be higher.
2. Flow rates less than specified will result in a higher temperature rise, to investigate poor flow rate click here.
