Remove burner assembly from boiler
Observation:
Inspect burner and heat exchanger flue ways for any restrictions or damage.
Also check the insulation panels for any damage.
Are the burner, heat exchanger flueways and insulation panels all satisfactory?
Note:
Due to the design of the appliance if there is only the minimum clearance available to the right hand side (as detailed in the manufacturers instructions) it is not possible to remove the burner assembly to carry out this test, the whole primary heat exchanger would need to be removed.
Also check the insulation panels for any damage.
