Remove front case
Remove 4 screws securing the lower part of the casing to the case frame.
Slightly lift the casing and slide it gently towards the top of the appliance to disengage the case from the top suspension hooks.
Ensure the casing and the screws are put to one side in a safe place.
Notes
Appliance operating in the central heating mode - Once the burner has shut down (operating in central heating mode), there is a built-in delay timer which prevents the burner from reigniting for approximately 3 minutes. This prevents the boiler cycling. To override the delay timer, it may be necessary to turn the selector switch to the 'Off' position before continuing with tests in the central heating mode.
Boiler case - it is important to note that the boiler may not fire with the front combustion chamber panel removed. If this is the case, please replace the panel before continuing with any tests.
