Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the slow speed fan resistor connections (Brown wires).
The resistance should lie between 500 and 610 ohms.
