Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Remove the spaded wires and measure the resistance across terminals P1 and 2 on the DHW Thermostat.
Note:
Replace wires correctly after testing, Red = P1, Orange = 2.
