Set Appliance State:
Gas On; Pilot On
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the Pink spaded wire connected to the Boiler
Thermostat (Thermostat terminal 1) and connect to
terminal 1A (on the same Boiler Thermostat)
Connect a U-Gauge to the Gas Valve outlet pressure point
On/Off switch in ON position
Mode Selector Switch to Constant
Remove the Pink spaded wire connected to the Boiler
Thermostat (Thermostat terminal 1) and connect to
terminal 1A (on the same Boiler Thermostat)
Connect a U-Gauge to the Gas Valve outlet pressure point
On/Off switch in ON position
Mode Selector Switch to Constant

Measurement:
Does the U-Gauge indicate the low gas rate pressure and the Burner ignite to a low flame?
Note:
Ensure that the boiler is cold and that the central heating thermostat is turned to maximum before commencing test.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
