Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect connector from diverter valve
(Motor can also be unclipped and removed from boiler to improve access)
(Motor can also be unclipped and removed from boiler to improve access)
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 1 and pin 2.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 3 and pin 2.
Resistances should be either approx. 8.5 kOhms or
greater than 1M Ohm depending on the motor position.
Measure the resistance between pin 1 and pin 2.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 3 and pin 2.
Resistances should be either approx. 8.5 kOhms or
greater than 1M Ohm depending on the motor position.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
