Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
DHW Demand
Remove connector X25 from the PCB and make safe
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the voltage between the inner two pins and the outer two pins when the boiler is sparking during its ignition sequence.
Expect a continuously fluctuating voltage of between 1 and 24 vdc during each test.
Note:
It may be necessary to reset the appliance during this test.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
