Observation:
This appliance has FOUR different methods of reset. Usually the boiler will Mains Reset, Auto Reset or Request a User Reset, if these fail or a User Reset is not offered a Hard Reset will be required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESETTING THE APPLIANCE
Method 3: User Reset
In the bottom of the display on the appliance "Reset?" will be displayed.
Press the Circular knob once.
"No" will now flash on the right hand side of the display.
Turn the central knob until "Yes" is displayed.
Press the circular knob.
In the bottom of the display on the appliance "Reset?" will be displayed.
Press the Circular knob once.
"No" will now flash on the right hand side of the display.
Turn the central knob until "Yes" is displayed.
Press the circular knob.
Method 4: Hard Reset (Engineer Only)
Remove the Display Panel
Mains Power On
Press the small reset button inside the fascia and wait 10 seconds
Re Attach Display Panel
Mains Power On

Turn the mains power supply off, wait 20 seconds, turn the mains power supply back on.
Method 2: Auto Reset
Remove all demands from the appliance wait 30 seconds and then re-apply a demand.
