Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove Connector X11 from the PCB
Remove the 3 way connector from the fan

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of the brown and blue wires in the fan mains harness. Also inspect the condition of the harness visually.
Brown on X11 to Brown on Fan connector.
Blue on X11 to Blue on Fan Connector.
Expect Zero Resistance or continuity.
