Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector marked X36

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the Black and Green wires at the disconnected connector.
Expect approximately 85 ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the Black Wire at the disconnected connector and Earth.
Expect Open Circuit.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the Green Wire at the disconnected connector and Earth.
Expect Open Circuit.
