Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect the connector from the PCB
Ensure the appliance is not too hot

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the two blue wires at the disconnected connector (X37)
Expected resistance closed circuit / zero resistance
