Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Use insulation mat as necessary
Use insulation mat as necessary

Measurement:
Measure voltage across terminal marked 3 (live) and terminal marked N (neutral) of the eight terminal connector block.
Terminals are numbered from the left after Neutral, Earth and Live connections.
Terminals are numbered from the left after Neutral, Earth and Live connections.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
