Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand

Measurement:
Reset lockout as necessary.
Ensure all electrical heating controls are calling.
Measure voltage across connection 2 (blue wire) and connection 1 (black wire) at connector marked CON 11 on the control PCB.
Ensure all electrical heating controls are calling.
Measure voltage across connection 2 (blue wire) and connection 1 (black wire) at connector marked CON 11 on the control PCB.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
