Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the control box cover to expose the control PCB
Remove fuse F1 from its holder

Measurement:

Measure resistance across fuse.
Refit fuse after test.
