Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Use insulation mat as necessary

Measurement:
All electrical heating controls calling.
Measure voltage across terminal marked 2 (live) and terminal marked N (neutral) of the eight terminal connector block.
Terminals are numbered from the left after Neutral, Earth and Live connections.
Measure voltage across terminal marked 2 (live) and terminal marked N (neutral) of the eight terminal connector block.
Terminals are numbered from the left after Neutral, Earth and Live connections.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
