Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB

Measurement:
Measure voltage across connection 1 (red lead) and connection 2
(blue lead) at connector marked CON 5 on the control board.
Expected voltage 22 to 38 volts DC.
(blue lead) at connector marked CON 5 on the control board.
Expected voltage 22 to 38 volts DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
