Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Use insulation mat as necessary
Use insulation mat as necessary

Measurement:
Measure voltage across connection 1 (red lead) and connection 2
(blue lead) at the central connector on the fan control board .
Expected voltage 22 to 38 volts DC.
(blue lead) at the central connector on the fan control board .
Expected voltage 22 to 38 volts DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
