Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove small plastic cover from rear of the control box
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove small plastic cover from rear of the control box
Use insulation mat as necessary

Measurement:
Measure voltage across terminal marked 7 and terminal marked 8 on the three terminal connector block marked intellistat.
Expected voltage 5 volts DC.
Expected voltage 5 volts DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
