Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB.
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB.

Measurement:
Measure voltage across connection 1 (black lead) and connection 2
(black lead) on connector marked CON 6 on the control PCB.
Expected voltage - between 22 and 30 volts AC.
(black lead) on connector marked CON 6 on the control PCB.
Expected voltage - between 22 and 30 volts AC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
