Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB
Use insulation mat as necessary
Remove the main control box cover to expose the control PCB

Measurement:
Reset lockout as necessary.
Measure voltage across the connection 2 (brown lead) and connection 3 (blue lead) on connector marked CON 10 on the control PCB.
Expected voltage - mains voltage.
Measure voltage across the connection 2 (brown lead) and connection 3 (blue lead) on connector marked CON 10 on the control PCB.
Expected voltage - mains voltage.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
