Water inlet service valve OFF
Isolate and drain the DHW circuit of the boiler
DHW flow restrictor is located in the outlet cold water service valve

Isolate and drain the DHW circuit of the boiler
DHW flow restrictor is located in the outlet cold water service valve
Observation:
Inspect flow restrictor for blockage or damage.
