Case removal
Front panel - Undo two screws on the underside of the front panel and lift off.
Inner panel - Undo two screws on the front of the inner panel and lift off.
There have been manufacturer modifications to this appliance, the control PCB and fan control system has changed. The original appliance set up had a PCB identification of IRIS 1.0 with a DC fan control. The modified and later production appliances have a PCB identification SYMS 17.0. This PCB has an integral fan control.
There have also been modifications to the display PCB. The new PCB is
universal to the range of boilers and must be set up correctly for the appliance.
