FGA MAXIMUM, MINIMUM AND PRESSURE GAS INLET

Set Appliance State:

Gas Off

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Turn Hot Water Tap On

Attach a U gauge to the gas inlet pressure test point
Remove diverter valve motor from the body and make safe

Gas On

WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Observation:

Carry out a FGA on the appliance with it running in both its minimum and maximum output test modes as per operational procedures.
Also measure the gas inlet pressure when it is running in maximum mode.
The inlet pressure and FGA readings should be satisfactory as per the manufacturers instructions.

Note:
1. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
2. Carry out performance test in accordance with operational procedures.
