Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Measurement:
Remove and inspect the fan wiring
harness for signs of damage and
test continuity of the blue and brown wires.
The harness runs from the black 3 way
connector on the PCB to the fan connectors.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
