Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
ON/OFF switch in ON position
DHW temp selector at MAX
Attach pressure gauge to burner pressure test point
DHW temp selector at MAX
Attach pressure gauge to burner pressure test point
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Allow boiler to fire, burner to establish and go to full rate and run until water heats.
Observe pressure gauge while slowly turning the DHW temperature control knob down.
Does pressure reduce as DHW demand is met?
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
