Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Remove transformer connector from PCB

Measurement:

Test 1.
Measure for resistance across the blue & brown wires of the transformer connector.
Expected resistance approximately 1.0 Ohm (plus resistance of meter leads).
Test 2.
Measure for resistance across the black & grey wires of the transformer connector.
Expected resistance approximately 133 Ohms.
