Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove cover from the overheat cut-off device
Ensure appliance is cool

Measurement:

Measure for resistance across the brown and blue wires of the overheat cut-off device.
