Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

Visually inspect the condition of the NTC resistor harness throughout its full length. From Resistor to DHW overheat stat, then from DHW overheat stat down to the control box.
Ensure harness is not damaged or trapped at any point.
