Set Appliance State:

DHW and primary circuit isolated and drained
Remove the plate heat exchanger
Remove the plate heat exchanger
Observation:
Inspect the condition of the plate heat exchanger waterways, they should be clear and unrestricted.
Are the plate heat exchanger waterways satisfactory?
Are the plate heat exchanger waterways satisfactory?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
