Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Resistance tests have revealed no reason for fuse failure. Replace fuse (correctly rated fuse only) if it fails again, it may be that a boiler component fails during operation i.e. pump, PCB etc. If during boiler operation the fuse does fail, observe at what point during the sequence failure occurred, this will give an indication as to the possible component causing fuse failure.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
