Set thermostat to MID position
Set thermostat to MID position
Gas On

Observation:
With full water heating demand, allow appliance to fire. Check gas rate with meter test dial and watch. Ensure boiler is the only appliance in use during test.
Gas rate should be 2.6 cubic metres/Hour (26.1 kW)
Gas Rate Calculation.
U6 Gas Meter - measure time in seconds to use 1 cubic foot of gas. Heat input in kW = 1080 divided by time taken.
E6 Gas Meter - measure time in seconds to use 10 cubic decimetres of gas. Heat input in kW = 386 divided by time taken.
Note: If appliance modulates then readings will be inaccurate.
