Set multimeter to capacitance

Discharge capacitor before carrying out test (Refer to TOPs P4)
Remove the blue and brown leads from the capacitor noting their locations

Measurement:
Measure the capacitance across the exposed terminals.
Expected capacitance approximately 15µF.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
